You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• eXp Realty — our sponsoring brokerage, for transaction support, compliance, and licensing requirements.
• Team members and licensed agents — to follow up on your inquiry and provide real estate services.
• Service providers — companies that help us operate the Site, host data, send communications, run analytics, process forms, or manage advertising (e.g., GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, email and SMS providers, Google, Meta, MLS data vendors).
• Real estate transaction partners — if you engage us, we may share necessary information with other agents, title companies, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, attorneys, and similar parties to complete your transaction.
• Legal and regulatory authorities — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure performance, and support marketing. This may include tools from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and GoHighLevel.

Inactive marketing contacts may be removed periodically.

• Unsubscribe from emails by using the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email;
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any text message;
• Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction or deletion of your information, subject to legal recordkeeping obligations;
• Limit cookies and tracking through your browser or device settings.

9. California Residents

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry standard for responding to these signals, and the Site does not currently respond to them. You can still control tracking through cookie settings as described in Section 5.
